We offer flexible booking options and allow you to book your child for 1, 2 or 3 days.

Newcastle Multi-Sport Camp pricing (excl. GST)

• 1 day - $65

• 2 days - $120 (save $10!)

• 3 days - $165 (save $30!)

NB: Savings only apply for our NEWCASTLE Multi-Sport camps and for an initial online booking of 2 or more days. The savings do not apply for specialised sport camps such as Soccer and Cricket.

BOOKING PROCESS

We try to offer you the easiest booking experience possible. However, if you encounter any issues while booking from your mobile phone, please try again from a computer or contact us. On this page, you will find our next events open to bookings.

Simply select the event you wish to book, click on the booking button and fill out the form.

1. Select the number of children you wish to enroll.

2. For each child, provide their name, age, stage and school.

3. Please select the number of days you wish to book and tick the boxes to tell us which day/s your child will be attending. 

4. Please add any relevant information you feel we should know about your child and their needs. Feel free to call Michael or email admin@activatesportscamps.com at anytime if you have any concerns or queries. 

5. Fill out your details.

6. Read our Terms & Conditions and tick the box.

7. Pay directly online via the PayPal platform!

Following payment, you will immediately receive an email from PayPal to confirm that the payment has been made (this email will only provide the event start date). Once our team review your booking, you will receive an email from Activate Sports Camps to confirm your booking details (including children details and day(s) booked).

IMPORTANT NOTE: When booking via our PayPal portal, it is not required to have a PayPal account. Once you click the "Pay Now with PayPal" at the end of the booking form, you will be redirected to PayPal. On the PayPal page, you will either be able to log in into your PayPal account or click on the "Pay with a Card" button. When using the second option, you will be directed to the PayPal Guest Checkout page where you can safely enter your payment details without creating a PayPal account!

1. MEDICAL CONDITION POLICY

Any medical conditions must be communicated to Activate Sports Camps (via email at admin@activatesportscamps.com or phone on 0423 525 412) prior to booking or once the booking is completed. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Activate Sports Camps to inform our staff of any specific management procedures required by a medical condition. Activate Sports Camps reserves the right to refuse or terminate enrolment for a camp where the authorised adult does not provide an individual health management plan for a declared medical condition for their child.

In case of serious medical conditions requiring the application of medication, your child must be supervised during the camp unless prior arrangements have been made with Activate Sports Camps director (Michael).

2. INJURY/MEDICAL ATTENTION POLICY

By registering your child into an Activate Sports camp, you agree to allow our staff to act on your behalf should your child require medical attention and release Activate Sports Camps of any liability for injury incurred to your child at the camp.

3. CHILD DROP OFF/COLLECTION POLICY

The authorised parent or guardian must sign their child/children in and out of the Activate Sports Camp every morning and afternoon. A child may be permitted to leave on their own accord with written permission provided to the Camp Director.

Our coaching program and responsibilities end promptly at 3pm each day (4.30pm for After School Programs). Parents must be at the school by 3pm (or 4.30pm for After School Programs) at the latest for the collection of their child. Activate Sports Camps staff will stay with children until all participants are safely collected. If your child has not been collected in time, an additional fee of $15 will be charged for every fifteen minutes of additional care. This fee is payable to Activate Sports Camps staff upon collection of the child.

4. LOST PROPERTY POLICY

Activate Sports Camps is not responsible for lost or damaged property nor can they compensate for lost or damaged property. We will endeavour to return lost property belonging to participants. Please place names on all personal belongings to aid us in returning lost property. All postage and handling costs incurred by Activate Sports Camps when returning lost property is the responsibility of customers.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• If a booking is cancelled more than 10 business days prior to the start of the camp, a full refund will be provided. • If a booking is cancelled within 10 business days prior to the start of camp, the camp fee is non-refundable. • If a booking is cancelled for medical reasons, a credit note will be provided if validated with a medical certificate. No cash refunds will be given. If this credit is not used within a 12-month period after cancellation, then the credit is forfeited. Medical certificates will need to be emailed to admin@activatesportscamps.com. • Refunds will not be given for partial attendance, nor will make up sessions be provided. • Requests to change days/camps will be taken and dependent upon availability of space.

6. PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEO CONSENT AND RELEASE

By registering my child for an Activate Sports camp, I therefor give permission to Activate Sports Camps, its employees, agents or representatives to do the following:

• Take photographs or digital images; and • Making audio visual, sound or digital recordings

of my child while participating in the Sport Camp and using such photographs, digital images or audio visual, sound or digital recordings in:

• Media or promotional releases or articles - including newspapers, radio, television or any printed publication, relating to Activate Sports Camps or its activities; • Electronic publications and communications such as Activate Sports Camps website, newsletters and Facebook page and the like.

I understand that Activate Sports Camps may engage persons to act on its behalf to undertake the above stated tasks. I understand and agree that my child's name and identity may be revealed in any descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I agree to the use of these images without compensation to me or my child and acknowledge and agree that:

• all such images and recordings will become and remain the property of Activate Sports Camps; • all rights in the images and recordings, including copyright will remain the property of Activate Sports Camps.
